Summary
BAMF Stiles, quiet, grumpy Derek, all the main characters, and villains, Hale family alive. Stiles sets things on fire. Fated mates. Magic gets fixed. Evil doers get what they deserve.
He saw flashes, first it was his own life that he burned through, then it was the shadow that killed the nemeton. Then it was someplace else, across an ocean where the people were dark skinned and wearing flowing white linen robes. Before that he burned a shadow out of the heart of a volcano, and before that he burned it from the heart of a man. Back and back and back he went until he existed in a lightless void, and there was a burning bundle of chaos that once went wrong, and it turned to ash at the last moment before light exploded around him and there was nothing but fire and distant stars.

“Gerard wanted me to think you were cruel—crueler than him, actually.”
Derek stood to his full height, taking a step closer to Stiles as he placed his thumb and forefinger against Stiles’ chin. He was gentle in his prompting—the gentlest he had been since the last time he had held Cora as a baby. “I would never make you hunt. I would never make you kill.”
Stiles blinked, his mouth partially parting. But he didn’t know what to say.
“I never wish that feeling on anyone,” Derek finally stated, dropping his hand from Stiles.

Summary
1987 went to shit. Vecna brought on what may well be the apocalypse, and Steve fought it to the end. Literally.
Death was supposed to be a one-way street. But knowing a girl with super powers had a tendency to change the game. So when Steve opens his eyes to a beer-soaked bathroom on Halloween in 1984, Nancy calling him 'bullshit' all over again, the universe might forgive Steve for thinking he was either a) in Hell or b) going cracked. But Steve didn't have time to freakout. Not when El finds him and asks that he help her change the events of the future. Not when he's the only other person she managed to drag with her for chance number two.
OR: A time travel fix-it, where 1987 Steve is dropped back into his 1984 self. And now he has to deal with that plus the impending apocalypse on the horizon. But he'll be fine, right? Because, as El informs whoever asks, Steve's 'The Babysitter'. So he gets to work. He can cry later, when he's done.

Summary
Dragged into the Upside Down and left bleeding, Steve Harrington sees the last person he expects, his late grandmother, who drops two life-altering truths: their family are secret witches, and magic is the only thing keeping him from dying. There’s a catch, though, each spell feeds on two living conduits. Robin’s already tethered to him by a rare, strictly-platonic bond, but the second conduit is Eddie Munson (definitely not platonic)… who’s somewhere frozen between life and death in Vecna’s dark domain.
With time running out and Vecna tightening his grip on Hawkins, Steve must master raw witchcraft on the fly, rescue Eddie from the shadows, keep Robin alive, and haul them all back to the real world, before the new power pulsing through him attracts everything in the Upside Down like a beacon. Monsters, rifts, and the complexities of magic stand in his way - and that’s before the war with Vecna truly reignites.

Summary
So Steve didn't complain once. He said nothing about the awful canned food or the bad coffee, about Dr. Buckley's singing in the showers or the smell of Sinclair and Munson when they come up from the engine room. He didn't tell the captain how unfair it was to bunk him with Mike Wheeler and Will Byers, two literal boys who were sharing his cabin, and when finally Steve couldn't take anymore of their giggling and whispering to each other all night long like fucking teenagers oh my fucking Stars — he just took a deep breath.
All day long, Steve was practicing breathing exercises, and repeating calming mantras to himself, in hope that his efforts were gonna be at least appreciated.
And yet, nobody was fucking nice to him.
-------
Steve Harrington tries to embrace his new job as a navigator on the ST Kite, a scout-class spaceship. But just before he arrived, a tragedy struck the crew, leaving them in mourning. The chief engineer, Eddie Munson, is especially hard to work with, and is often very loud about how Steve doesn't have what it takes to be a real spacer. The fact that the guy is also hot doesn't help Steve's situation at all.
