Summary
There are many jobs the maids must do, one of them in particular is to groom and prepare the Royal Horses whenever needed.
As it so happens, KGV has noticed that her horse always seems calmer whenever prepared by the Headmaid, Belfast, so it's only natural for her to pass on this recommendation to her Sister when Howe mentions she's contemplating going for a ride with some of the visiting Americans.
