After Alastor creates a baby to sacrifice to Lilith for his freedom, Lucifer steps in and takes the baby, or rather the pregnancy, on himself. Alastor has assaulted him so he’s merely taking responsibility —so now with Charlie being mad at him and with little support, Lucifer is handling this pregnancy solo.
But he’s an angel, he can handle it by himself — right?
