Summary
Midoriya Izuku, 28 years old, one half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. Entirely quirkless, he is the first and possibly only, quirkless pro hero.
Nedzu, the other half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. With the quirk High Specs that granted him increased intelligence. He is the only non-human pro hero in all of the world.
Alone, these two would have never made it into the profession. With quirkless being less and less common with each generation; Izuku was never given any opportunity to follow his dream. Nedzu, being a chimera, wouldn’t have been able to get far on his own. The system was twisted in favor of humans only; animals couldn’t legally be heroes. Alone they were cast out of society.
Together they formed the pro-hero and principle of Yuuei High School: Dioscuri.
Or: the AU where Nedzu and Izuku fake being one hero so that they can utterly wreck the commission for denying their dreams.

In a world of dragons and their riders, Will was the odd one out in never bonding with his own beast. Still, he manages well enough until he’s dragged into a case without his knowledge or consent.
Maybe if they had left him out of it, the deaths that followed could have been prevented. Hindsight is always 20/20. But in this case, they might as well be blind to the mistakes they’ve made.

Their newest cell mate was shifting. Clearly, they were beginning to shake off the effects of the drugs, which was shocking. With such a powerful medication, they should have been out for almost two more days. Instead, they were slowly waking from only a few hours under its influence.
The changes were minute at first. The breathing slowly quickened and changed from measured even breathing to slightly uneven and more shallow breaths. Soon it began to twitch and grumble, it’s face contorting in odd ways that had Aiizwa on edge in an instant.
It wasn’t until bright green eyes snapped open and the human shifted in an aborted lunge towards the nearest exit.
He winced as it slammed into the bars.

After more than two centuries of punishment for an unforgivable crime, Akechi Goro, the God of Justice, has been granted another chance. Determined not to waste it, he spends his time on earth, dealing with incidents that other gods can't or won't handle themselves, all while trying to leave his painful past behind him. Summary
His eyes flicker once, up to Will’s. The candle catches in the glassy wetness of them. For a moment, Will imagines him without skin. Or with too much of it. Something in the symmetry of his face is too perfect to be true.
“I’ll dress it now,” Lecter says, and his voice has shifted lower, as if speaking through something thick.
He doesn’t move right away, staying there, knelt in the hush between breath and decision, hands warm on Will’s leg, as though still waiting for permission.
As though, in some old, quiet language, he is praying.
