Summary
Emma Swan just pulled her son out of a collapsing mine — she has no idea that's about to be the easy part of her night.
Regina Mills has spent years being feared, tolerated, and kept at arm's length by the only woman who's ever refused to look away from her. When a stranger's arrival throws Storybrooke into chaos, Emma and Regina are forced into the same room, the same fight, and eventually the same bed — and neither of them is prepared for how quickly "enemies" stops being the right word.
This is a story about two women who spent a long time choosing armor over each other, finally choosing differently. Slow burn, hard-won trust, and a love neither of them saw coming until it was already too late to run from it.
High stakes. Hard truths. Love that refuses to run.Bookmarked by Threshin

Summary
When Emma accidentally brings Marian back from the past, she watches Regina's happiness shatter in front of her — and decides she owes her a new one. So she goes to Blue, breaks things off with Hook, and spends the next two months charming her way back into Regina's life, one legal pad and apple turnover at a time.
She doesn't let herself hope the search will find her own name. That would be too easy. And nothing about loving Regina Mills has ever been easy.
(Canon divergence from 3x22. Slow burn. True love. Magical pregnancy. Henry Mills, smug from the beginning.)

Summary
a s2 re-write
regina's curse has broken. henry is missing. the townspeople want regina’s head.
but it's not like anyone can blame her for wanting to murder the entire town, not when she's forced to work together with the damn savior to…
1. save henry
2. smash a blue bug
3. destroy snow’s happiness by pitting her daughter against her
(4. fall in love)-----
"Mother Superior is petitioning for your execution."Regina takes in a slow breath. “I fail to see what the problem is, Miss Swan."
"The prob-- they held the trial while you were unconscious! It was practically a witch-hunt on steroids!"
"This is what I've expected from them since the beginning."
Swan only gapes at Regina, mouth wide open and eyes incredulous. She stammers, monosyllabic sounds barely audible. "You're… kidding, right?" Swan finally says, the words slow and steady. "So, what? You're just gonna let them--"
A barking laugh escapes Regina, and she feels it linger and throb in her head. "I won't let them do anything. To me or to Henry. I'm going to make sure no one can ever hurt him again."
