Summary
Like a whirling rasengan, Naruto romances Hinata with his version of love.
Just dropping this story to commemorate 10 years of Naruto, The Last, which opened in theaters throughout Japan on Dec. 6, 2014 and made NaruHina canon.
But seriously, though, what the hell happened during those months between the movie and their wedding?!

It comes out of nowhere.
The first time she kisses him.
He blames it on himself, for letting his guard down and being so comfortable that he doesn't recognize her oncoming action when she walks up to him at the door.
He doesn't anticipate - calculate - her leaning in to plant a soft kiss on his left cheek. It's so quick that he barely processes the action, but when he does, his stomach does a weird flip and suddenly his cheek feels heavy with weight.
Tingling.

Summary
Sequel to "Heart Made of Glass, My Mind of Stone."
Caitlyn Kiramman has a singular goal: dismantle the secret shimmer factory that is located beneath Stillwater Prison. It was vital to her mother’s plans she had been working on for the last several years before she brought Caitlyn on board. It was also the only way Caitlyn would be able to get their undercover operative out of Stillwater. She was motivated and while most would run out of the way of a motivated Kiramman, one person stands in her way. And for Caitlyn, this was personal.

“What’re you saying, Handler?”
“What I’m saying is, I need a favor from you. I need you to protect this girl while we put an end to this.”
“I’m retired—by your orders, Handler—I don’t do missions anymore.”
“I know, but you’re still the best agent we ever had. You’re the only one I trust to keep her safe.”
“I’m an unemployed bachelor living alone out in the middle of nowhere. That’s hardly a good environment for a kid.”
“It won’t be that long, just a few months at most. You don’t need to raise her, for crying out loud, just make sure she stays alive and well. We’ll compensate you and everything,” the Handler says.
“What if I say no?”
A futile question.
“Ultimately, I can’t force you to do anything anymore,” she says, “But the poor kid has been through so much. I’m asking you as a friend to protect this little girl.”
She sucks in a breath and holds it, as if debating to say what’s on her mind.
“You fought so children could have a safe world to grow up in, right?” Her voice is gentle and sincere. “Please, Twilight, she needs that world more than ever.”
