(Story heavily inspired by chapters 62-63)
In this timeline Albert never overheard William’s “Kill evil nobles” lecture. Consequently, while he is fond and admirative of William, Albert hasn’t had a reason to investigate the trial, nor does he yet believe the young boy can change the world that he, himself, seems unable to influence – not to mention, his doubts about whether he or the world is wrong haven’t been soothed. To Albert, William is doubtlessly a prodigy, and a kind soul no matter what others would say knowing his advice helped criminals pull off a heist, but that is all. He isn't planning on asking William and Louis to join his family.
Simulteanously, Albert still hasn’t completed his father’s request to choose an orphan for their family to take in. Under pressure from his father and using the man’s own request as an excuse, Albert spends most of his time at the orphanage, unwilling as ever to spend time at his own house, as the time for him to go back to school grows near with the end of summer.Series
