After someone disrespects Hakari’s girl, he beats the shit out of them and then loves on her.
Hakari liked her sweet, but he also wanted her a bit sour. Like one of those candies that makes your mouth pucker and salivate before adoring every taste bud in a sugary bliss. A little bit of sour made Kirara so much sweeter.
The outcome of his next moves were carefully calculated, he knew exactly how his girl would react.

“What are you doing, Kirara?”
“Coming with you, duh,” she scoffed. “Did you think you could just leave me like that?”
It’s not that he wanted to leave his friend behind. The only thing that crossed his mind when they told him he was expelled was that Kirara would be without him.
She was strong though, she would make it out. He would bet on her every time. And maybe it was for the best, she’d no longer be marked with the title of being his friend.
“Go back inside,” he demanded. There was no kindness in his words.
“Fuck that and fuck this place.” She shook her head, crossing her arms in front of her. The sunset lowered, her purple eyes soaking up the pinks and orange from the sky.
“Kirara, you are too fucking smart and have too much potential. Go back, don’t ruin your life.”
“I’m not doing this without you, Kin. Any of it.”
