    Itadori Yuuji, an omega, finds himself transmigrated into the novel written by his alpha best friend, Nobara. In this fictional world, he becomes a notorious alpha who aggressively pursues the omega protagonist.

    After being transported, Yuuji discovers an unexpected twist. This alpha version of him has a rare disorder that not even mentioned in the novel. This disorder gives the alpha an omega trait, including his scent was more intoxicating than any omega's. Additionally, he can also experience estrus periods and even pregnancy.

    It's an unprecedented condition in the traditional lore of omegas and alphas. Alphas are not supposed to be able to get pregnant.
