Buggy swaggered down the gangway after conning Shanks into giving his men a lift, head held high, grin dastardly, and walking only slightly bow-legged. He'd escaped Impel Down. He'd survived the Marineford battle, gained a following, and made a name for himself as a player on the global stage. No doubt about it - life was on the up.
Or at least, so Buggy was fool enough to think.
If only Shanks could let him escape so easily.
