Katsuki laughed, Izuku feeling the delight in his soul. “I know what you are, Deku, and it isn’t a rabbit, no matter how cute those little ears look on your head.” The way the other reached for them, stroked them, was borderline obscene. But it wasn’t hypnotism or fear that made Izuku allow it, something far more ancient had taken the reins. “Any more than I’m actually a wolf. But you know what I am, don’t you?”
Pieces clicked into place, and suddenly Izuku did. Oh no.

Summary
For Heroes with the means to seek out the ancient connection offered by scent compatibility alone, the industry-approved resource known as Midnight’s Match was the place to go.
Bakugou scoffed. Mates were overrated. The blond was a perfectly functional, ass-kicking alpha all on his own, thank you very much, he did not need some clingy omega to “smooth the rough edges down,” he didn’t care how many agency reports got drafted.
Fast forward one hour and one life-changing scent sample later:
“I’m sorry, sir, but this particular candidate is…unavailable.”What? What did that mean? Was he on a mission overseas? In a coma? Currently on a world tour with a band? Bakugou could catch a flight. “Are they already mated?” he demanded suddenly, the air in the room filling with the scent of doomed fate.
“N-no.”
“Good,” Bakugou grinned, ferocious. “Then they’re available.”
“Oh my.”***
Meanwhile, several floors away, Izuku Midoriya, omega and lab tech supreme, geared up to commit spectacular homicide if his insomniac purple-haired coworker didn’t fix his little snafu STAT.
“What do you mean you included MY scent sample in the last batch for the clients?!”

Summary
In a society accepting vampires as the highest echelon to aspire to, Bakugou, Shinsou, and Kaminari gained this esteemed rank in the prime of their lives, leaving all others behind.
Amazing what perspective the better part of a century can bring.
They’d let the only three who mattered slip through their fingers when they were human together, absolutely no trace to be found after that one crucial night. Izuku, Todoroki, and Kirishima had just fucking disappeared. And now seventy years later, what was the point, it was far too late to stake any claim of their own, there's no way they could still be alive.
Then again...
‘Cause that looked a lot like the only human he’d ever wanted walking through the club crowd not ten yards away, Shinsou considered with a grin, violet eyes gleaming for the first time in years. Young, beautiful…and soon to be his again, fucking bet an enemy’s life on it.
After all, what’s the point of being an apex predator if you don’t get what you want?
