Summary
Instead of Sukuna ripping out Yuji’s heart killing him, it instead revealed his cursed technique, immortality. Key difference from Tengen’s version of the technique being, instead of being unable to die of old age, despite still aging normally, Yuji cannot be killed by anything BUT old age.

Summary
