It was sheer chance when Bilbo thought back on it. What if he’d stayed home? What if someone else had run up the lane before him?
But it was him. It was him and it was Kíli, and Bilbo wouldn’t change it for the world.

Long ago, a dwarf child was lost and found in a storm by Bilbo Baggins. He has no idea where his young ward came from; all attempts to find Kíli's family failed. Sticking together, they make do and it's a peaceful life.
Until Gandalf arrives with talk of adventure. Until the Company of Thorin Oakenshield arrives on their doostep.
Or: Kíli's a missing prince. Bilbo's not about to let his (son) ward face a dragon without him.

Summary
Makino knows Luffy is more tomboyish, and that’s fine. Honestly, it makes outfits easier to salvage. She knows Luffy has odd interests, but she frankly does not care. If Luffy wants to catch beetles and ferry caterpillars from the path to a branch, then she can catch beetles and ferry caterpillars.
Makino has raised this child since she was a child herself. She knows Luffy, and Luffy knows her, as much as a five-year-old even can.
But right now, as Luffy sits in her favorite outfit with her knees pulled up to her chest on the steps of Party’s Bar even after Makino told her she could go play, Makino is finding that there are still some things she missed.
“Homi said that it’s bad to wear boy clothes, because then people will think I’m a boy when I’m not. Is that true?”

It felt decidedly wrong seeing Reigen and Ritsu again. Mob couldn't quite comprehend that none of that had been real. The years spent in horrible isolation being constantly beaten down until there was nothing left, in the end none of that mattered.
So why was he still so hung up on it?
Or when Mob spends much longer then 30 minutes in Mogami's world and after years spent in his own personal hell it's hard to go back to business as usual. Luckily he's go some great friends to pull him through it.
