Summary: Totomaru Isshiki had never been the brightest of the bunch. He never excelled at anything and was always average at everything he did, or just failed. Because of that fact, many wondered how he had gotten into the most prestigious detective academy, BLUE. Being raised by his grandparents and their teachings, Toto grew up searching for justice and wanting to assist the public as much as he could. In his 3rd year at BLUE, a discovery made its appearance in the disguise of Kamonohashi Ron, the devilishly handsome, charming, and unbelievably intelligent boy who had made his way into Toto's life. As Toto continues his time at BLUE, he experiences new challenges and complications in his relationships and school life, his academic performance threatening his career as a BLUE student. What happens when a road bump throws him off his path completely? How would it affect his relationships? His life as a student?

These issues may not be properly portrayed in this work as I don't know much about them, so please comment any mistakes or aspects I may be missing.Isshiki Totomaru grew up spoiled, his parents kind nature spoiling him as a child. They gave him everything and anything he wanted with no protests, making him grow up to be entitled and arrogant. After a visit from a neighboring kingdom, Totos life seemed to have turned upside down. His father had been constantly comparing him to Kamonohashi Ron. The perfect prince. Ron had all the characteristics a member of a royal family should've had. He was charming, intelligent, and most importantly, handsome. All things Totomaru had lacked. Being constantly compared forces Totomaru to go down a rabbit hole of constant comparison, mental health issues, and a growing hatred towards the prince he once admired. Will he be able to get out of his spiral? Or will he continue until he's enveloped in darkness? Will there be anybody who would be able to save him?

Such was the life of Isshiki Totomaru. Bound into a marriage of convenience with Kamonohashi Ron, his days have gotten since more stressful. It does not help that there are even worse problems out there, and on top of that, he has to watch out for his magical persona, Menodora's, enemy, a half demon hybrid known as Kamo, who just could not leave him alone.
Interestingly enough, Kamo was his husband Ron's alter ego. And the best part? Neither of them know about each other's double lives.
