He would be present, attentive, and take care of his wife. The plan, formulated in his head, was foolproof. He would start with the small things, the subtle gestures of a loving spouse. He would greet Louis at the door with a kiss, not a nod, and perhaps, help him with the dinner prep. It would be all very… domestic.
