Summary
In all of the timelines Homura knew where Sayaka became a magical girl, she'll learn to use her magic to ignore any pain when facing the Shadow Witch.
However in the timeline she is in a unexpected phenomena occurred and the Shadow Witch turned back to a magical girl and escaped there sights before they can find out what happened.
Despite that Homura didn't pay any mind of it as Kyoko and Sayaka still died.
But when she had watched Madoka made a contract to defeat Walpurgisnacht, she reappeared before her and proposed to work with her in the next timeline as long as she follows her terms when they work together.
From here on out her helper made certain decisions that will change her life forever.

In a linear, closed off yellow-hued hallway, featuring a Symbolic Rune depicted atop the corridor entrances and windows. White light shines through the mosaic windows, and Greek pillars border the corridor in both sides Mami, Sayaka, and Madoka are cautiously walking in the middle of the hallway to reach the end, until they stop as a girl with long black hair like Homura with slightly pale skin and has black eyes with white pupils made herself known appearing from a pillar and was wearing her seemingly signature blue hoodie with a gray hood, a white t-shirt underneath, black shorts with white stripes, and a pair of white slippers and was showing her signature smile to them.

??? Looked at them curiously and then spoke. "That expression that you're all wearing..."
"..."
"Well, i won't grace it with a description. But damn this is your 900th try so good luck. Kyoko and Nagisa are waiting for you three, you know?"
"S-Sachi-san please we can try and talk this out-". Before Madoka can finish what she's saying, Sachi Akemi looked her with her white pupils missing.
"Talk this out?" Sachi scoffed "You lost that chance after what you did to Homura" -

Canto 9: Part 3 SPOILERS
They had not meant to linger in the corridor.
The Nursefather had stopped mid-step, hand tightening around her sleeve as though to anchor herself to the present. Ren had recognized the signs immediately—the slight tilt of her head, the delay before her breath caught up to her body.
Another lapse.
He turned to her, ready to ask if she required rest, when her foot slipped against the wooden floorboard. Not a full stumble—just enough that he reached out on instinct, catching her by the sleeve before she could lose her balance.
His fingers brushed against the edge of her veil—before quickly pulling away when he realized what he was doing.
The clip at her temple, already loosened from earlier skirmishes, snapped free with a soft, almost harmless sound. The fabric lifted, caught by the draft that swept through the open stairwell, drifting upward like a pale petal torn from its stem.
Ren froze.
He had never seen her face uncovered—not fully.

The Pinky Nursefather is someone that Ren cannot read. This only becomes more difficult to him when he sees a completely different side of her.
