“Hey, what does Skull think about this?” George asked, waving at the cat currently purring up a storm on his kitchen table.
“What do you mean?” Lucy questioned, eyes still on the Thinking Cloth before her.
“Is he upset that you’ve got a new pet?”
Lucy closed her eyes and George saw the skull move like a tornado of plasm in his jar. The cat shot up into the air like it was on a trampoline, hissed, and ran from the room. Lucy got up, walked over to Skull and shut the jar’s valve.
“You did that on purpose.”

“I reckon he’s right.” Lucy nods.
“I usually am,” Lockwood says, shrugging, no big deal. Lucy and George exchange a tired look that Lockwood cheerful ignores as he adds, “Shall we?” and jerks his head toward the door.
“Sorry, just, before you go,” Marigold interjects, “Is there any chance you would want to foster some cats?”

Alex grabbed Henry’s collar and almost pulled him off the bed, whispering in his ear, “Do it again do it again do it again,”
Henry, suddenly, pulled Alex into his lap and kissed him properly. Alex gripped Henry’s collar so tightly he almost choked. Henry didn’t care. Fuck breathing. He licked Alex’s teeth and battled with his tongue for dominance. His fingers scraped up and down Alex’s back until he found soft curls and pulled, hard. Alex threw his head back, gasping.
“You are the most annoying human-” Henry breathed into his exposed throat, placing a kiss on his collarbone.
“Love is great and all- Can you guys do this in your own room maybe?” Pez asked
