Summary
Angels and demons can’t see each other’s thoughts on a normal basis. They can’t just reach inside and see whatever the other is thinking.
Dreams, however, function a bit differently. Reaching into each other’s dreams wasn’t something that supernatural beings did often, and this may very well have been the first time an angel had ever been into a demon’s.
Aziraphale wasn’t exactly sure what would happen when he reached into Crowley’s dream, but he certainly wasn’t expecting to quite literally wake up inside of it.

Summary
Crowley gets so bored he decides to take up writing. He writes a book about the adventures of Ez and J (who are, obviously, Aziraphale and Crowley.) The only noticeable difference in Ez’s character, Crowley thinks, is that he loves J back.
He brings his book to Aziraphale, not mentioning that he was the one who wrote it.
Fluff and comfort ensues.
