Summary
Harry is exhausted and ready to appease his friends and then go home and crash. The last thing he expected to find on his way to the pub is Draco Malfoy, freshly out of house arrest. He isn't the first to find him, however, and ends up taking care of him in the aftermath. Will the two be able to get along? What will Harry's friends think?

"You should practice with a random bloke anyway, so when the right one comes along, you'll... know where everything goes," Malfoy said with a tinge of amusement, waving his clipboard in Harry's direction.
Harry felt like he could explode from embarrassment, looking to the basement ceiling as if pleading for help.
"I know where everything goes, thank you very much."
"I’m right, you know." Malfoy kicked a few more of the kegs as he counted his bar’s stock. "It might help you gain some more confidence."
"I can have confidence when I want to; I just haven't found anyone I can be confident with," Harry muttered.
It wasn't a complete lie; he just didn't feel comfortable practicing on the married man currently doing inventory on the other side of the room.

Draco Malfoy survived, but that’s all he’s done. It’s been two years since the Battle of Hogwarts, and the only thing he has to show for it is a job at St. Mungo’s. Maybe they thought there was no better place to keep an eye on a former Death Eater than in the one place built to heal those harmed by magic. Regardless, Draco keeps his head down. Wake up. Work. Go home. Repeat.
But then comes the reckless savior Harry Potter, drunk on Muggle whiskey, laughing under neon lights, alive in a way Draco isn't allowed to be. And suddenly, Draco is burning with the desire to live that untethered. He just doesn’t know if he should run from the fire or step right into it.
