Summary
Kamado Tanjiro had locks of dark hair tinged crimson, a more striking scarlet colour for his eyes that seemed far too kind than anything anyone could’ve ever seen, and a mark that could only ever remind one of warm flames at the side of his forehead. Such features were quite unique, with many in the village only ever having seen Tanjiro’s father, Tanjuro, having them.
What none knew was that centuries before, in a time period long forgotten, another had walked the earth with such features, such kindness.
And after the death he’d welcomed without having been able to do anything in his life, none knew that Yoriichi had awakened once more. With a different name, different parents, and different time. Yet the same face. And perhaps the fates had smiled upon him this time, to give a chance for him to fix things this time.
…If only the fates were ever that kind.
