Summary
Battat was excited. He hummed the theme song of TV time to himself while he put his Mike costume on, it was a special day. It was better than any holiday, well besides Christmas, it was 3rd of may, one of Mr. Tenna’s sad days as he had dubbed. Mr. Tenna wasn’t emotionally stable on a normal day per say, but on these days he was much much worse. He would air reruns of some horror stories about people who went out in the dark or got lost and spend the day in either the Z-rank room or his dressing room. He would cry, break something and hurt himself, of course those weren’t good things but all of the negative aspects were outweighed by the fact that he was all Mike’s whenever he was like that and Mike had abandoned him so finders keepers. He was the only one able to see him like that. Mr. Tenna didn’t show any emotions besides anger and annoyance around anyone that wasn’t him.

Tenna huffed out a hmph. Knocking back his drink in one swift motion, he nudged it towards Ramb for a refill. Always played out that way, too, like the buzz would kick in faster. That liquid courage also numbed the pain he was in, no doubt—with his damaged legs and the headache the pippins gave him. Used to numb any emotion, good or bad, but Tenna clued him in on that months ago.
Now? The alcohol masked nothing; it brought out something else instead.
Tenna acts like someone else when he’s had one too many drinks. Or maybe it’s still him—just someone he used to be before Mettaton met him.
