“I need your help,” Tim says. “I need - “ again, the liquid sloshes in his cup. He releases it to rub his hands over the fabric of his pants. “I need your help.”
“Do you?” She is usually not the one approached for these sorts of things. Jason gets the calls, and Roy charms his way into information. She is merely a companion, one that most people stay away from. “What sort of help do you require, Tim Wayne?”
There’s a flinch, so minute anyone else would have missed it. He lets out a harsh breath and grabs for his drink once more. He yanks his mask down in one swift motion and brings the straw to his lips. He drinks like someone who hasn’t had water in days, with a single minded determination Kori has seen plenty of men use to go at bottles in dark lit bars.
His face is flushed. The red comes through in blotchy patches made worse by the stark white that splatters the lower left of his jaw. On his cheeks are two reddened slashes. They start at the corners of his lips and cut up towards his ears in diagonal lines.
“Sanctuary,” he says, when his cup is empty and his mask is up once more. “I seek sanctuary.”

Summary
When Jason Todd is fifteen years old, he dies and leaves a ghost behind. It’s grief incarnate to look his lost son’s glowing figure in the face, but even if this is little more than a mirage of life, that’s still his boy, and Bruce will not let his boy fall to the wayside again. This time, he’ll know for certain that he’s loved.
(Or: Jason Todd is dead, and he isn’t, and the gap between the Wayne family has never been wider. Somehow, they learn to cross the ravine.)

“Marry me,” Tim moans around his mouthful of tiramisu. It’s absolutely delicious; the cream is light and fluffy and sweet, the cake is perfectly crumbly and bouncy, and the rich bitterness of the espresso cuts through the sugar perfectly, and there’s the tiniest bit of bite from the liquer Jason added.
Tim wants to melt into the tray of it. He wants to live there for the rest of his life. He’s thinking about just how much of it he can eat by himself, contemplating dragging the whole tray across the table, his eyes flickering up to Jason to see if he would notice—

Summary
Maester Aemon still has his sight when Jon Snow arrives at Castle Black to swear his vows. Targaryen’s might have typically had pale hair and purple eyes, but Maester Aemon would recognise his family anywhere.
His vows have been tested three times before. This is his fourth and final test and, after nearly eighty years of being a bystander at the Wall whilst his family destroyed themselves, Aemon decides that enough is enough. He’s been a man of the Nights Watch for most of his life; but he’s been a Targaryen all his life.
He might be old and trapped at the Wall, but he grew up in Kings Landing and no one knows the Game of Thrones like he does.
And so, everything changes.
