However, forced to give speech therapy a try in middle school, he meets with hard of hearing Teruhashi Kokomi, who makes him self-reflect on what it means to have a voice.

Summary
Four hundred years subservient to Gwi-ma’s control yet in a moment where he could only hear her voice, Jinu sacrificed his soul for Rumi, aiding in the restoration of the Honmoon.
However, instead of the oblivion of death he expected, Jinu found himself knelt before the Tenth King of Hell, the Wheel-Turning King of the Rotating Worlds, Wang Zhuanlun.
Wang Zhuanlun charges Jinu with the task of defeating Gwi-ma:
“Hear the decree of the Wheel-Turning King: Find the echoes of Gwi-ma in the world. You will not know peace until you do. Only then shall the wheel turn once more.”
Inspired by the theory that Jinu became Rumi’s sword.
