Summary
“People meet and sometimes they lock into each other like two long sought after pieces of a puzzle. Now, as time goes on, these pieces they morph, and they grow, and they can grow together, become stronger, or they can become two completely different shapes that…they don’t have any room for each other, they don’t fit anymore. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life, you can’t control what other people are gonna do. No. They need their own space to change into whatever weird-ass space they’re gonna change into. It’s nature, you can’t control it. But you can accept it.”
– Monroe Fuches“You just want me to let the first living person I’ve felt a connection to in ages walk off into the sunset without giving me a good reason? No.”

Summary
This is more a series of short stories than real chapters, but I'm lumping them together because I want Eurylochus and Ctimene to have a story. Even if the relationship is doomed by the narrative, even if they're oceans apart, even if Homer & Co didn't write it down--there's a story there. And the more of us that set out to give Ctimene a voice, the better.
Inspired and heavily influenced by Jorge Rivera Herrans' brilliant EPIC: The Musical, but I pulled in some bits from the classics too.

Summary
The past four days have been shit. It had taken at least a day to wrap his head around the fact that this was real. There were no bad dreams in Heaven but still, he wanted it to be a bad dream. He knew where he was. He’d recognize this depressing shithole anywhere, how many times had he passed through here for an extermination? At first he thought he hadn’t died after all, and it was just a matter of getting back home.
That was before he’d gotten a look at his body. He looks—he looks like one of them. One of those loser freaks that populate Hell. Ugly. Hideous. And worst of all, small. He still has wings, but they're practically worthless. His angelic powers have abandoned him. This body is worse than useless.
And he’s a sinner. Thinking about that still gives him a fucking headache. It makes him tired in ways he can’t describe. Heaven and Hell were supposed to be forever. He’d lived his life, he’d gone to Heaven, he’d been an angel. So what the fuck was this shit? Getting beaten by the chirpy little hellborn bitch and her loser friends wasn’t bad enough, now he’s supposed to live among them?

Summary
So, Dickie Glenroy. Sweet, responsible, put-upon...I was already interested in the character. And then that alibi. "I got wasted, put on Ben's CoBro suit, and went looking for drugs and whores." Whoa! Dude's got some serious urges under there. And just like that, my muse kicked everything else I was working on rudely out of the way and decided I was writing Dickie smut. Or a love story. Or something. For better or worse, here it is.

I'm putting this in with my Unspoken series because even though it's not about Theo and Jenna, I wouldn't be writing THIS if I hadn't written THAT. This is (as the uncreative title suggests) about Marcy Crawford, older sister of Unspoken's narrator, who I originally just created as a supporting character/plot device. But every time I wrote a scene with Marcy and Oliver, I wound up 1) laughing and 2) wondering about the deeper story there. I didn't necessarily want to write smut about them, but I wanted to get into Marcy's head a little. And get to look at Unspoken's main protagonist from someone else's point of view.
In short, there was a story here that I wanted to explore. And it's proving really fun to write. So while I'm not finished and I don't know how much of an audience this will have, I thought I'd better start posting it before S3 hits.

Summary
Chapter One: Theo goes for his weekly Sunday visit with his dad. Occurs at the same time as Chapter 23 of Unspoken, but instead of staying home with Jenna (aka Reader), we're going along to see Teddy.
Chapter Two: Theo gets to introduce his girlfriend to his dad. Oh boy.
Chapter Three: The aftermath of the previous visit. Family secrets and sharing.

Summary
"We're all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness compliments ours, we join up and--wait, what the fuck are you doing? No, stop that! That is NOT what I meant! I meant CUTE weird, like collecting pet snakes or doing goofy voices, not...oh Jesus Christ, that's disgusting! There's something seriously wrong with you two."

Summary
The thing about Frederick Chilton is that he desperately WANTS to be liked and admired. It's just that, well...he's not very good at it. In fact, he's really fucking bad at it. The harder he tries to impress, the less respect he seems to get.
So maybe it makes sense, in a way, that the first person to truly like and admire him is someone he wasn't trying to impress at all.
That'd be me.

Summary
You're not Terzo's prime mover, not in the traditional sense. In all your years at the abbey, you've only exchanged a handful of words with him. You doubt he even knows your name.
But you're moving him tonight, and you're the only one doing it--so, technically, yes, you could say you're his prime mover. It's not nearly as enticing as it sounds. It involves a lot of dumb luck or unholy intervention, depending how you view it. And it consists mostly of panic. Panic, personal sacrifice, and quite a bit of lower back pain. It's not fun. It's not sexy. It's not classy.
And if you don't accept the job, it's going to be the last night of his life.

Summary
Cirrus/fem!Reader where Reader is definite sub and masochist. It's pretty intense I think an interest in the ghouls implies an interest in getting roughed up at least a little. I firmly believe Cirrus is a total sweetheart, but she'd also make a hell of a dom. Pun intended. Maybe.

Summary
Theo/fem!Reader who has her own mysterious backstory. Set a few months after the end of the main S2 timeline (so about 6-8 months prior to the Broadway opening).
THEO DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER, PEOPLE! Someone who doesn't say things like "you're confused about which way the pity flows here." Someone who can actually communicate with him easily! Someone who notices that he's sweet and hot and passionate and just...holy shit.
So he gets his own love story. Because I say so. And because, if you're still reading, you probably agree. So here, enjoy!

Summary
This is essentially just me going "Hey what if instead of Alexei, the Russian scientist in season three was a woman? And she wound up attracted to Murray so that I'd have an excuse to write a romance about him?"
So here's Alina Polyakov, Soviet scientist. She's not just female Alexei, so she makes different choices and the plot will slowly progress away from the season as we saw it. Who knows, maybe she'll even survive! It's a work in progress.

Summary
Amelia grew up hearing creepy stories about Bruno Madrigal, the town's walking bad luck omen, and did her best to avoid him. The one she should have been avoiding was Carlos Cardenas, the handsome young artist with a promising pottery business. But to be fair, how could she have known in advance that Bruno was a gentle, misunderstood sweetheart and that Carlos was a humorless control freak with a nasty temper? By the time she figures it out, she's already trapped in a marriage to a monster and sure that no prophesy could show anything happy in her future.
But the future still holds some surprises. Even good ones. Especially good ones.

I told myself I'd post this little thing if the earlier installments got any more kudos, so here we go. I'd love to turn it into the start of a full-length work, but my muse hasn't cooperated yet. So for now it's short, sweet, and set right before the epilogue to Sedative Properties.

Summary
Penny works in the kitchens of St. Mary's. Has done for quite some time, actually, only no one ever writes stories about the kitchen staff. Not even when they accidentally terrify a concussed historian. Or when they're time-sharing a chicken without realizing it. Or when they make a scene at the Deputy Director's wedding. Or when...well, you get the idea.

Summary
It's been almost a year since Casa Madrigal was rebuilt and the magic returned. The family is doing better than ever, and Bruno is adjusting to be back in the light...mostly. He's still insecure and awkward, and he's still an omen of bad luck as far as most of the town is concerned. That doesn't stop Amelia Cardenas from coming to him for a prophecy, and his better judgement doesn't stop him from trying to help her. But the resulting vision presents him with a future he is absolutely not prepared for.
Not that it matters. The future comes for you, whether you're ready for it or not.
