What this challenge entailed was—

or: the seven have been searching, two at a time, for artifacts from the gods in order to win their favor in battle. when Leo and Jason find Aphrodite’s artifact, the challenge it entails becomes more than they expected.

Yeah, super cute fluff for at least the first chapter. I'm not sure where else I want to go with this. I mean, the wedding night might follow? That'd be smut obviously. OH DUH, they're all older of course, ain't no way they getting married at like 16.
Also I'm keeping the background brief because I'm only about halfway through The Hidden Oracle-which is also why there may not be some characters/up-to-date characters.

Leo's eyes were dark and lustful, his curls askew. Jason never wanted to follow his suggestion so badly.

That was another thing that was unique to Leo, the nitty gritty of Jason. The parts of him he had shoved deep inside of himself in New Rome, the weird little ticks he had been embarrassed and ashamed of as the Legion hammered uniformity into him. The parts that were odd, even for the average demigod. The parts that even Jason himself wasn't even sure existed until the behaviors popped up like moles, stunning both of them into silence until one of them broke out into giggles.
