Summary
The great outlaw Osomatsu is well known for his frequent, but rather petty, crimes. Most people find him to be nothing more than a nuisance. All except for the less well known Bounty Hunter, Karamatsu, who is just trying to do his best, but manages to do his worst.
After finally getting one up on Osomatsu, Karamatsu manages to go too far, resulting in a violent crash on airspeeders and a loss that will change Osomatsu's life.

Shawn and Gus are called in to help with a kidnapping case and stumble upon a much larger conspiracy. While Juliet and Lassiter do real police work, the boys find themselves in hot water. And to make matters worse, someone's been stealing Gus' magazines!
Takes place late season 1 or early season 2. Maybe between the two seasons but don't hold me to that if some of the timelines don't line up.
