Harry Potter was done with everything and everyone. Not only has his only friends abandoned him because he was, unwillingly and unknowingly mind you, entered into the stupid Tournament, but the whole school was calling him a cheater and a fraud! Again! Hexes and curses were being thrown at him left, right and center!
After a tripping jinx that landed him on the bottom of the moving stairs and in the arms of none other than his school nemesis - Draco Malfoy, and the odd Slytherin boy from their year- Theodore Nott, Harry is offered the protection of the two boys, but there is a catch, of course.

“‘...issues an apology for what he has said and done.’” Snape finished, flicking the Daily Prophet shut and looking at Harry expectantly. Did he expect him to get upset?
“Borrrrringgg!” Harry blurted out, as Snape’s gaze fixated into a scowl.
“Boring, Potter? Boring? The most publicized newspaper berating you and talking about your pathetic love life is boring?” Snape sneered.
“Yeah, it kinda is,” Harry said as he fake yawned. “My love life isn't pathetic. I don’t even have a love life. Nor do you, and you probably won’t have one anytime soon if your ego continues to stay the same size as your nose.”
The Slytherins gaped at Harry, a few openly chuckling as Snape’s expression shifted into the constipation™ look. Ron abruptly laughed so hard he proceeded to accidentally knock over the bottle of stinksap onto Snape’s robes.
Harry finally burst out laughing. He really couldn’t help it this time.

“Need help?” Cedric asked. He asked him.
Harry did not reply, instead swerving around in search of his younger self. He did not spot him anywhere though.
“Harry?”
“Are you talking to me?” Harry asked incredulously.
“Yes?” Cedric asked. He must have seen something in his expression then, because the next thing he said was: “It’s alright, portkeys can be quite disorienting. Take your time.” But that was just it, Cedric shouldn’t have been seeing anything in his face. Not if-
And then Cedric touched him. Just a hand pressed gently against Harry’s shoulder, warm and firm.
Their magic collided, causing a spark. Cedric snatched his hand away. “Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you.” But it was too late for that. Harry was already startled. He was way beyond startled now.
