So, naturally, he's ready to do many things for Aether to don't regret bringing the hardworking housekeeper. And surprisingly, Kaeya helped him a lot by putting out his marvelous acting. But...

Diluc stood stiffly in the middle of the hospital lobby. The lights were harsh overhead, the smell of cleaners and chemicals burning in his nose. It had been years since Diluc had stepped foot in Mondstadt General and he was doing all he could to not think about the last time. If he thought too hard, remembered too much, he’d turn around and leave. And he couldn’t do that.
Not until he saw Kaeya.

Summary
It was easy to forget. The two were polar opposites in every possible way. Diluc was broad shouldered and muscular while Kaeya was slimmer and more lithe. A mane of wavy red hair compared to sleek dark blue locks. A stoic, introverted personality shining with honesty and a flirty, mischievous one shrouded with deception. And of course, the most glaringly obvious of all: Diluc’s pale complexion compared to Kaeya’s naturally tanned one. Who in their right mind would look at the pair and think ‘brothers’?
So, the nun clearly could not see, and for good reason.
Regardless, Diluc found himself speaking again.
“Can’t you see the family resemblance?”

“Master Diluc?”
No answer.
Kaeya exhales with displeasure, barely keeping from scowling. “Master Diluc, can you hear me?” He tries to keep a teasing tone, rather than show just how much this indifference game hurts him. “Hm?”
“…” Diluc sighs and deliberately turns his head away. Ouch.
Diluc suddenly becomes unable to see Kaeya. Thinking it’s just Diluc’s usual hatred for him, Kaeya doesn't suspect anything wrong.
