Geralt stands next to the steaming tub, pouring cups of hot water over himself to rinse off the worst of the mess, and he doesn’t say anything.
Another town, another inn, another job finished. Jaskier takes it up to himself to talk with the innkeeper, having them prepare a bath for Geralt, and Jaskier seems so fucking happy for getting to arrange it.
Geralt doesn't understand this man at all.
