   Summary

   It started simple. Just a cramp in his knee. If he could use it as an excuse to get out of practice early, he would.

   But it didn’t stay so simple. Over the course of weeks and months it progressed, and spread to his other knee. It’s not like he can’t use his legs anymore, but he can’t walk for very long without becoming exhausted or risk them just collapsing. So, life has become a lot harder for him.
