Izuku has to really try not to smile despite the lump blocking his airway. “Yeah.”
Deku makes an affirmative hum in his throat. “And—” He licks his lips. “And you have sex?”
“Mhm.” Izuku remembers the burning curiosity he hadn’t been able to shake as a teenager, so tangled up with other feelings he wasn’t equipped to parse out. “It’s not scary anymore, I promise.” Deku nods at the floor. It must be hard for him to imagine. “Kacchan’s gonna be really patient with you, when you first get together.” Deku sniffs and scrubs the back of his wrist under his nose, nodding harder. “He won’t admit it, but he was scared too.”

Oh. It’s a critical mistake.
Izuku forgot he was holding his fancy glass of red wine. He stares down at himself in dismay, wineglass suspended limply in his fingertips. There’s a little bit left in it, but not much—most of the contents are soaking into his formerly crisp, white dress shirt.
