Summary
When Ventus' Heart was shattered during his climactic battle with Vanitas, he turned to Sora for help. Sora's Heart accepted his broken one, and they merged so Ventus could be mended. Ven went to sleep to heal... and then his Heart, still attached to Sora's, wakes up. He finds that despite his state, he is able to project himself into the Waking World alongside Sora. As he heals, Ven regains lost memories and new perspectives, while living vicariously through Sora as a phantom. Through his strange existence, he wonders how he will ever get back to his body and find his friends.

Summary
