Starscream holds the lip gloss forward.
“Want a taste?” He asks. From this close, Soundwave can feel a slight aroma coming from him, something sweet and fresh. The lip gloss glistens in slightly different colors—silvers and blues, all very light.
The tube is close to his face, and Soundwave makes a motion to grab it, but Starscream moves it out of reach with a coy flick of his wrist and by lifting his arm slightly. “Ah-ah-ah.”
His expression is light, somewhere between mocking and expectant. From this angle, his optics look impossibly big.
“From the source, Soundwave. Obviously.”
And, just to make sure he cannot be misinterpreted, Starscream taps his lips with a digit, twice.

When a series of odd occurrences make it clear that danger is brewing, the Autobots have no choice but to consider dire options. Thankfully, Jazz and the rest of Spec Ops are used to impossible odds.
While they attempt to bring home Decepticon secrets, Prowl realizes that the 'Cons aren't the only thing that plagues his mind, and circumstances place him right in the middle of an impossible choice. He prides himself on his rationality and pragmatism, but when faced with what he truly wants, no scheming or manipulating will help.
There is duty, but there is also Jazz. He isn't sure when the the two became such opposing forces in his mind, but when push comes to shove, he has always known where his loyalties lie.

“Yep, yeah, I mean, yes. Yes, Charlie Watson, that’s me.” She looks up at Bee again, clearly hoping for some help. Noah can tell he’s amused (and happy, so so so happy), but he doesn’t interfere. Charlie looks around to the rest of them and smiles awkwardly. “Sorry, Bee didn’t tell me your names. Not because he didn’t want to, obviously, but just, with the amnesia, and all of that, and then Sector 7 and then he left and it’s been a few years and just…” She stops abruptly, covering her mouth with her hand. Against it, she says, “sorry. I was just rambling. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Optimus.”
He smiles. Optimus full on smiles, and Noah feels like he might have an aneurysm.

Summary
Waking up in a place he didn’t recognise with injuries he doesn't recall, Jazz already knew he was in it for the long run. At the very least, he knew these fundamental rules:
He was Jazz, he was an Autobot, and Optimus Prime was his leader.
Now, he just wished he could figure out who Optimus Prime was supposed to be.
Alternatively, Jazz wakes up with no memory of who he is, and decides that instead of coming clean about it, he's going to pretend he didn't have amnesia in the first place. This can only go well.
