Summary
In the land of Khaenri’ah, people live to dream and dream to live. They dream of a dream that has yet to be dreamed, while they live in the perpetual state of turmoil. As the son of Khaenri’ah, Kaeya is told that to be human is to dream. So he dreams. When he enters the land of the divine, he holds this dear to his heart no matter where he goes, no matter what mask he wears.
Despite encountering the divine as a young man through the gift of a vision, he has never personally made contact with a god. He doesn’t wish to, especially since coming from a godless land. However, fate works in mysterious ways, and in a land where the divinity has a chance to be in the details, opportunities emerge — which is how Kaeya finds himself sitting idly across a strange man.
For all that it is worth, the prince of the abyss will find a way to do achieve victory, no matter what it takes.
