Steve bristles under a social system that keeps submissives at the bottom of the social hierarchy. As an architect that was hired to his firm for diversity points, he constantly feels that he is dismissed and disrespected by his coworkers who happen to be different designations than him. At the same time, he craves submission. Not the gentle, willing submission in movies, but the rough, forceful submission that he fights and is eventually forced into. He wants to be both a working member of society and to be tamed by a firm, Dominant hand.
Bucky is a versatile who isn't sure how to give Steve what he wants and needs. He isn't sure how to be rough and hard. He wants to be gentle and be treated gently (aside from the occasional spanking). He loves Steve, but he isn't sure how to meet Steve's needs.
Thor is the head of an international technology company and a Dominant. He's led an adventurous life with many lovers and learned many skills.
