It directed Dr. Frank Joseph Langdon, M.D., license number MD198922, to appear before the State Board of Medicine on September 12th, 2025, and show cause as to why his Pennsylvania medical physician and surgeon license should not be suspended or revoked for unprofessional conduct, inability to practice with reasonable skill and safety by reason of illness, drunkenness, use of drugs, narcotics, chemicals, or any other mental or physical condition, or prescribing benzodiazepines in a manner inconsistent with the minimal acceptable standards of practice.
