“You should hear my hag of a mom,” Katsuki smirked, voice low and amused. “Compared to that bitch, this is fucking nothing.” He turned with a ready grin to shoot a look at Kirishima, but to his surprise, he wasn’t smiling. Kirishima had a drawn, intense look on his face that Bakugou realized with a cold jolt of dread was… what? Anger? It looked alien on his face.
But it was definitely just a one-time weird mood from Kirishima, so it was fine. He was just serious because of Aizawa’s lecture, he bet. Everything was fine. Bakugou needed to get the fuck over himself and stop reading so much into one stupid expression.
But it wasn’t just one.
