He gave a valiant effort in trying to stop the whole thing by poking at Gideon’s calves with the cane but no dice, he of all people should know that once the genasi starts, he’s not gonna stop.
He just hopes that they don’t get kicked out of the Witchlight Carnival because of this.

“I hope so.” The tabaxi looked at Gideon. His fur still stood on end, his tail still tapped against the wooden floor, his mind active. “I don’t know how I’m going to sleep tonight.”
“Fuck, me neither,” Gideon chuckled.
The silence stretched on for a few moments, the fire genasi taking puffs of his cigar. He let go of Frost’s paw, after a while, and he did not continue the anxious biting after that. But they took in the silence of one another, holding onto it like a desperate escape from all else that happened around them.
Then, Frost spoke up again. “I… have a solution to our restlessness.”
