“Sure. Just, ah…don’t expect much in the way of entertainment,” Steve grumbles.
“You can just sit there and look pretty, how’s that? Won’t be hard for you,” Eddie replies, smooth.
Steve’s cheeks heat up again.

A traumatic brain injury leads to a downward spiral for Steve. He's dropped from the Blackhawks, his recovery is slow and rocky, and he's got no idea what to do with his life.
Enter his old friends, Eddie and Dustin, who spend their time poking around decrepit haunted locations filming for their YouTube channel. Steve doesn't really believe in all this ghost stuff, but he's got nothing better to do than join them.
Besides, he might just be ever-so-slightly head-over-heels for Eddie Munson.

Steve looks at the girl in the corner, whose dad has given up and is just holding her now, her red face buried in his neck, both of them sort of swaying.
“Yeah,” Steve says. “Yeah, totally.”
OR: three times Steve doesn't tell Eddie about the baby, and one time Eddie finds out on his own.
