"The sun highlights Robby's favourite parts of the young man's features: the freckles dancing across his body, his soft stomach, and the small scars of an early farm life. The wind blows his hair across his forehead, causing his nose to scrunch in discontent. He doesn't wake, just murmurs as his arm lazily swats at the empty form. He gives up, letting his arm fall limp against the pillow with a soft thump.
The older man smiles, his features wrinkling. His face lights the way it only ever does for his boy, his beautiful boy."
