Queen Zelda and her loyal knight Link haven't been separated since the end of the Calamity. With the upcoming winter forecast to be a difficult one, Link agrees to join an expedition out to the borders of Castle Town to help civilians prepare. It's not far at all, but it's the first time they've been apart in years and the distance feels entirely too wide when Zelda is left with nothing but his letters to give her company. When returns just in time for the annual Winter's Eve ball, he makes it quite difficult for her to keep her desire and adoration for him at bay.
