The door to their bathroom clicks open, and he can smell Geralt’s shower gel, feel the temperature change in the room. This is why they don’t shower together often, Geralt prefers the temperature just below boiling.
Speaking of, Geralt’s hot hands find the side of his neck, stroking his ear, before the man himself leans down and presses a gentle kiss to the nape of his neck.
“You smell good,” Jaskier says distractedly, mashing all the buttons to fight off the sudden hoard of enemies. He said he likes this game, not that he is good at it.
Geralt doesn’t stop kissing him though, lips dragging until they are in the crook of his shoulder, wet hair surprisingly cold against Jaskier’s skin. Those hot fingers rub at his earlobe, then inch down to sneak inside his neckline, splaying over collarbones.
“Can I sit with you?” Geralt murmurs, hand sliding down to fondle his chest.
“Will you let me play if you do?” Jaskier asks pointedly, because experience tells him Geralt usually isn’t satisfied with not touching.Or; Jaskier is just trying to play his game, but Geralt has other ideas

How godsforsaken must the stars over Jaskier's birth have been, for the bard to be the last omega born in almost half a century?
For the bard’s whole life, he’s had to dodge alphas who never got to claim an omega of their own before they all started dying off. In the years since the bard left home, Jaskier has learned a great deal about the way of the world, not all of it lovely, but he wouldn’t trade any of the bad to be a captive under his parents iron rule again. They’d done their utmost to mold Jaskier into the perfect omega: a womb for breeding and a pretty face. Someone to be married off to a rutting alpha lord who wanted a whole gaggle of noble babies.
Everything Jaskier has never wanted to be, and being the last of a dying breed has stolen so much joy from Jaskier.
He knew that it was only instinct that drove alphas to covet and endeavor to breed with the bard. But Jaskier was his own person, godsdamn it, and ‘no’ should bloody well mean no.
So the bard hides out in the wilderness during his heats, all alone, horny, and bored half to death.
And for years it works. Until by chance, Jaskier is found by an alpha in the middle of his heat. An alpha witcher.

Summary
Maybe Jaskier didn't think this through all the way.
It all still made perfect sense while he was making the trek into the forest to the ritual site of the old god.
From what the locals said and the stories Jaskier researched, the fertility god was used to making pacts with mortals, though everyone really was very vague on exactly what sort of offering the god was known to accept in return for his blessing...

Jaskier seeks out the White Wolf, a fertility god, to bestow a blessing upon him.
It doesn't go how he expects.
