    Heaving a breath at his misery, a heavy one shuddered through him as he held it when a trail of crimson registered in his vision. There was an intruder. And the very person was injured.

    Then it hit Cale like a brick wall. Why the hell was he like a goddamn magnet for the wounded? Was it just because he used to be a renowned commander? Now, he had changed his profession into a doctor, and patients just flock to him? What, did he somehow grow some magical healing charisma overnight?
