Summary
Jane sometimes thinks something must be wrong with her brain, that wires must have been warped inside her head, because she's starting to twist the two feelings together, bleeding into each other until she can't tell them apart. It's getting harder and harder to distinguish between the jealousy she feels watching Jesse's head fall back with a barely-disguised groan, pipe almost toppling onto the floor, and how badly she wants him to make the same noises because of her. She's probably making some unconscious associations manifest in his own brain, based on how often she jumps on him right after watching him take a hit.

When he’d found the kid at Walt’s otherwise unoccupied house some weeks later, ablaze with unchecked emotion and a fist-full of fire, he’d felt a tad more sympathetic; the evidence of Walt’s new brand of havoc alight in the kid’s every pained word and the cowed bow of his body. But even that had been fleeting. Less than a half hour later, Hank had Jesse caught between a rock and a hard spot, had obligated him to record a confession for which Pinkman would reap the consequences if they couldn’t make them stick to Walt. Hank had coerced the kid into staying in Hank's own home, under the guise of protecting him, when really, it was only Hank who stood to gain anything from illegally holding the kid against his will and drugging him into oblivion to ensure he’d cooperate and give the desired performance the next day.

He couldn’t stop thinking about the way Todd had touched his face. Part of him, Jesse liked to think most of him, had hated it. The pat made Jesse feel like a dog, and the way the hand lingered on him sent shudders down his spine. The worst part, however, was that some part of Jesse liked it. Todd was the only person left in the world who touched him without meaning to hurt him, and he was tired of hurting.

It’s like having a whole hot dinner set in front of him when he’s starving. Suddenly he’s a hundred times more aware of the layer of grime on every inch of him. Of how much his scalp itches under his matted hair. Everything he’s become so used to, stopped noticing. Now it’s making his skin crawl.
“Is this—?”
Jesse hardly dares to ask, hardly dares to even think it. Because, fuck, if Todd starts stripping and wants Jesse to scrub his back or something—he’s used to disappointment. Really, really used to it, by now. But it would sting.
There’s a little smile on Todd’s face, though. Doesn’t reach his eyes but it never does.
“It’s for you,” he says.

Summary
After torturing Jesse and getting all the information he needed out of him, Todd keeps Jesse in that makeshift-cell in the ground and makes him cook meth with him - that's not all he forces Jesse to do, though. Todd stays very calm and comforting through all of this, and Jesse is horrified at how very gently Todd handles him, and he's even more horrified at how reasonable and perfectly acceptable Todd makes the act of violating Jesse seem.
