Summary
Just a little something more that I feel should have happened at the end of Season Eight, Episode Eight "The Wheels on the Bus" between David Rossi and Penelope Garcia.
I love this pairing. And I don't feel there is enough of it out there yet. I'm hoping this lives up to my expectations of it. I hope to turn this into a multi chapter fiction.

Benedict finds Penelope hiding out during the first ball of the season and is not pleased when he learns why. So he has an idea and if that idea involves spending time with a lovely and available Penelope, well it’s all part of the plan.
Like my other work (Time For A Change) but if Anthony worked things out with Kate and Benedict found Penelope at the beginning of season 3 instead. I was just not satisfied with Polin so I wrote these. It's a mix between the book and the show. Whistledown isn't as harsh and Eloise wouldn't have been able to keep the secret so isn't angry whenever she finds out in the future. Will most likely be spicy at some point.

Texts from Riley are waiting on her phone when she and John walk back into her and Harper's apartment. She texts Riley back and then they just never stop texting.
