Tsunade has been using Iruka as her errand boy to round up Kakashi and keep him in line. A put-upon Iruka feels that they couldn’t be much different: a studious schoolteacher and an irreverent slacker…. but, he would come to find they were more alike than he ever could have imagined. Sasuke is a beta and not much has changed. He still doesn’t need to put on scent patches before leaving his dorm. His medical card has never been charged for a secondary gender checkup. He can go through university pretending like he doesn’t know and he doesn’t care—but the truth is, he’s more involved in the world of alphas and omegas simply by virtue of dating Naruto.
It's no longer convenient to be a beta, but he chalks it up to growing pains.

He can be in full control of himself 100% of the time. He doesn't need to endure any hormonal cycles. And, most importantly, he's automatically removed from the drama surrounding alphas and omegas.
It's easy. It's the best.
