Summary
Izuku comes late to the party (war) as he does in canon, yet in this story he gets a littlee more angry. After killing Shigiraki in a way that he should have in the show, he has to run away and keep on the down low from both UA and the police as to not get arrested.
Aka
Izuku kills Shigiraki ruthlessly to avenge all the fallen heroes (Katsuki) and runs away to keep doing heroics the way he learned is deserved.

or... Avengers are tasked with bringing in Spider-Man to learn his identity and risk level. Peter on the other hand is trying to juggle school, friends, May, and Spider-Man all while constantly ditching the Avengers.
