“Hey, bud,” said Hayden slowly, not moving.
“Uh, do you want me to leave?” asked Shane, gesturing to his jacket, panic rising in his throat.
“What? No. No. Absolutely not. We were afraid you’d try and sneak out of here, so I grabbed your coat and keys,” explained Jackie.
“Oh,” said Shane, letting out a shaky laugh as he ran his hand through his hair. “Good call. I can’t say it didn’t cross my mind.”

Ever since I saw it, I can’t stop thinking about Buck as the First Son and being Bathena’s son in the White House, I am obsessed with them as a family!! And of course feel free to work in Buddie and the others any way you see fit :)
(Or the fic in which President Athena is so done with the sexcapades of her son that she forces him to suffer alongside her at his apology party following a national scandal involving him, Taylor Kelly and the White House front lawn. She can only hope that the handsome, yet sensible, bartender who has caught Buck's eye won't be yet another scandal she has to cover up.)
