Summary
Jotaro onstage is different from the one smoking out in the alley under the moon—he’s possessed, a ghost, eyes alight as he mouths the words of the song that plays. He runs his hands down his torso, breaks off and laughs at parts of the lyrics he’s supposed to be performing, winks at the audience. He snaps his suspenders, flashing little silver stars like the one under his eye, painted over his nipples, and Rohan has his hand over his mouth; his eyes must be perfect circles.
“I love people,” he says, and Noriaki snorts.
“I swear you’ve only ever said the opposite,” he says, which is true, of course, but damned if Noriaki and Jotaro together couldn’t change Rohan’s cynical mind.

“I’m gonna go try and,” Louis considers his options for a moment. He’s seen hundreds of romance movies, knows how this goes. “Movie magic,” he tells Zayn. “I’m gonna try for that.”
His first grand plan involves tossing an exorbitant amount of cash in guitar boy’s open case. Except Louis doesn’t have an exorbitant amount of cash on him. He’s got a couple of quarters in his jeans, and he’s probably going to need those to ride the bus eventually. Plan B involves tossing a rose into the case, maybe with his phone number scrawled on a slip of paper wrapped around it. Louis is also short on flowers, as it is.
In the end, he does what’s probably the best thing possible: he completely fucks it up.

“Really,” he says finally, turning more towards Harry now rather than scrunching away. “That’s good for you, man. I’m not judging.”
Harry stares. “Why not?” He looks honestly confused, and suddenly part of Draco’s heart feels a little broken at the edges. The idea that someone, even his rival, might not want to tell him that sort of thing because he’d say shit… makes him think of his father.
Draco crosses his arms behind his head. “I’m too tired to be a dick today. Try me tomorrow.”

Summary
So maybe he’s hoping he can catch a date out of this, as irrational as the thought is. Hannibal is probably like this with all of his customers. Will can only imagine the tips the man gets. He himself would gladly hand over a kidney to schedule another appointment.
He probably won’t say that when he’s on his way out, though, just in case he’s still managed to maintain his cool facade of lovely curls and a mysterious job working for a government agency.
