Summary
Neteyam has a nasty habit of making sure his playthings aren't messed with. Do not touch his cummerbund. Ever. His bow, don't even get close to. On a good day (and if you ask nicely) he might let you hold his flying visor.
But Aonung? Don't even look. Don't talk to him, don't look at him, don't even think about him. Aonung is his and his alone to dote on, he needs no one else.
So you can imagine his reaction when he'd caught a quick glimpse of one of the fishermen acting all buddy buddy with Aonung: it was not a pretty sight.
There were some days when Neteyam had to remind him who his mate was. No, Aonung, it's not that fisherman nor that warrior that tried to sweet talk you last time. It was Neteyam. The man who bound his soul to yours, who thread their hearts and memories together with the soft lilac tendrils he was currently laving his tongue over now.
He'd only done it a couple times before, but it worked like a charm.

Constant miscommunication between Aonung and Neteyam leads to fights and unhappy mates. In a desperate attempt to fix this, Aonung tries to amend things with food. When that doesn't work, he tries to give him a little surprise.

Summary
Ao’nung’s ready to become Chief. He’s paid his dues, accepted the mistakes of the past. But there’s something soft in him that he resents, that makes him too delicate to be the leader he needs to be.
Neteyam doesn’t seem to mind. He embraces that side of him with open arms. The only problem is that it’s a sin for them to be together.

Summary
Lo'ak knows that he likes Tsireya.
She's sweet, caring, and helpful beyond anybody he's ever met before, and she's always ready to lend a hand.
Her brother, Aonung, is the complete opposite, at least from what Lo'ak has seen. He doesn't care about the Sully family, and he has no regards for the feelings of others, especially those he considers different. He thinks of them as lesser than him, and he makes sure they know it.
But what happens when Lo'ak begins to see that there's more to Aonung than he lets on?
There's a softer side that only comes out around Lo'ak, a side that loves to take care of him.
